Now that the summer has come and the motivation to do more than play games and watch TV; it's the final words from our guest.
All three recordings are from a long time ago now, something I hear more about from other podcasters. John Sedlak: August 2nd 2021, Luis Cuevas: July 21st 2021, and Andrew Rodriguez: March 15th 2022. Sitting on these recording is very interesting, though I haven't actively been editing, I have been listening to them to try to make something special.
There was time once to sit and plan things out but once the real world comes into the picture, everything that ..read more

As always Andrew Rodriguez is working on his Catering gig, of just creating great food at pop ups or for hire. _Murderdxout_ on instagram is a good way to see what he's working on. Los Angeles based currently, but he's always on the move so keep an eye out for it.
Luis Cuevas is currently in school and moved out from Texas. Very Proud of him.
John Sedlak is catering out in North Carolina and thru conversation, I learn a lot about what knowledge a seasoned chef has to bring to the table and reflect on.

This topic came about because of the new role that we some choose to accept. Being a leader can be difficult and sometimes very difficult at times because of people who passionately disagree, but it's those who really don't give a fuck other than they need a paycheck; that's when life can be difficult for basic standards that tend to lead to just feel defeated.
John Sedlak always has a great story to tell of days past, and when we get a chance to chat and swap stories; it's eerie sometimes how similar the situations get. Dealing with people when you really try and care is one thing, but to be ..read more

I'm so proud of myself to keep pushing... how long will it last.
Every time John and I talk we seem to just go for gold. So many interesting and sometimes aggressive talk come out. Even though we try to stick to subject sometimes we just lose track of what we were saying, but for me it is so enjoyable to share and re-share moment and times of our lives.
As a point of interest, ::Spoiler:: When John and out crew were in Texas, we stayed ay a hotel can the candle wood. We kind of go over this... but it did have a full kitchen to work off of, and I tried to take advantage on the days we had there ..read more

Anthony Bourdain is a real inspiration to me as a chef, cook, leader and person during his time on our earth. His books and television series inspired, entertained and gave insight to what one person was living and seeing around him while in and out if the hospitality industry.
Entertainment media has so many different views on the culinary industry; from the Hell's Kitchen completion shows that kinda started things in the reality TV area... but even then if you look at what is out there, reality TV has dominated the views given about the industry as a whole. Very rarely is there a decen ..read more

Starting back in July 2021, Luis and I had a quick conversation about leader ship which set off many questions which I wanted to hear what others thought, Since then Luis has gone on to do so much more but I wanted to keep that time and point of view as the start. In August 2021 John and I began the the same line of questions, over two hours we got thru questions 1-5 which lead to another recording in February 2022. We recorded for another two hours to get thru the last few questions. In March 2022 Andrew and I went thru all the questions with some really awesome updates on his life.
