Dr. Prybutok is an American Society for Quality certified quality engineer, certified quality auditor, certified manager of quality / organisational excellence, and an American Statistical Association accredited professional statistician (PSTAT®). He has authored over 250 journal articles, over 350 conference presentations, and several book chapters.
