Holly has worked in academia for more than 15 years, specialising in occupational psychology and coaching. She joined Henley Business School in February 2022, where she is Programme Director for the MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change and leads research and impact within the coaching group. Prior to joining Henley Business School, Holly managed the Department of Management and Finance at Worcester Business School. In 2015 Holly achieved her PhD, which explored the impact of psychopathic traits on career pathways. This continues to be a key research interest of hers and she has engaged in extensive knowledge exchange work in this area, including public talks, media appearances and consulting work. Her current research stream focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of coaching in different contexts, where she has published in Academy of Management Learning and Education.Rebecca J. Jones is a Professor in Coaching and Director for the Henley Centre for Coaching at Henley Business School. Rebecca completed her PhD on coaching effectiveness at Aston University in 2016. She is particularly interested in using quantitative research methodology to explore the factors that influence the efficacy of coaching. She has published her research in journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education, the Journal of Occupational and Organisational Psychology, the European Journal of Work and Organisational Psychology and the Journal of Managerial Psychology. Rebecca is passionate about evidence-based practice and teaching. In addition to teaching and research, Rebecca has extensive experience of coaching individuals at all levels, has worked with a range of corporate clients on consultancy projects. Rebecca is a frequent contributor to practitioner and professional bodies in addition to communicating her research to academic audiences, and is the host of the Coaching@Henley podcast.

She is currently a post-doc researcher in work and organisational psychology in the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Norway and Karolinska Institute in Sweden. She has participated in different national and international research and R&D projects, including a Horizon European project related to the design, implementation and evaluation of multilevel interventions (such as strengths-based coaching, team coaching, and coaching-based leadership) for promoting well-being at work. She has also authored and contributed to various peer-reviewed articles on these topics.Alina Corbu is a licensed work psychologist with a Master's degree in Work, Organisations, and Human Resource Psychology from Jaume I University, Spain. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Jaume I University, specialised in Positive Psychology Coaching. Her main interest was to study the effectiveness of coaching psychological interventions for personal and professional development. The research findings were presented at national and international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals with a high impact factor. She contributed to different research projects and coaching interventions following the positive organisational psychology approach to increase well-being, happiness, personal resources, and work performance. Some of her areas of expertise include workplace interventions, coaching, leadership development, psychological capital, well-being, and healthy organisational practices.Marit Christensen is a Professor in work and organisational psychology at the Department of Psychology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She is leading a research group called ‘Healthy Workplaces’. She has been project leader of several Nordic and international projects regarding the psychosocial work environment, health promotion, well-being, mental health at work, and organisational interventions. She has published many papers in international peer-reviewed journals and books on these topics. She has been part of the development of the ARK intervention programme, which is a comprehensive mapping and implementation programme to promote psychosocial working environment and climate in the university sector in Norway. She is currently work package leader in a Horizon Europe project called H-work: Multilevel interventions to promote mental health in SMEs and public workplaces. Her research interests are especially concerned with health promotion, the psychosocial work environment, well-being and mental health, and design, implementation and evaluation of multilevel participatory interventions for improving mental health.Marisa Salanova is a full professor on Positive Organizational Psychology at Jaume I University (UJI) in Spain, and main researcher and director of the ‘WANT Research team’ (www.want.uji.es). She is also a certified expert in coaching psychology and founding partner and outgoing president of the Spanish Society of Positive Psychology (www.sepsicologiapositivo.es). She is the author of more than 300 national and international publications on Positive Psychology applied to work on topics such as healthy organisations, resilience, work engagement, flow at work, positive psychology coaching, self-efficacy, positive psychological interventions and so on. She actively participates in competitive research projects granted by public funds such the Spanish Government and European Community projects as Horizon 2020 called H-work: Multilevel interventions to promote mental health in SMEs and public workplaces, being the Spanish coordinator. Also, she is very active in R&D with national and international companies being main researcher in more than 40 consulting and advisory about applied positive psychology and HR development, executed through R&D contracts.

She is a guest editor for the topical collection ‘Interventions in Writing Coaching’ of the journal Coaching | Theorie & Praxis. As an applied linguist, she has always been interested in gender and sociolinguistics, as well as professional interaction. As part of her MA thesis in English and American Studies, she investigated (multimodal) representations and discourses of gender and sexuality in EFL textbooks. In ongoing projects, she focuses, among other things, on the identity construction of adolescent female football players and develops alternative (gender-sensitive) teaching materials. As part of the linguistic project team of ‘Questioning Sequences in Coaching’, she is involved in the development of a coaching-specific typology of questioning sequences and is writing her dissertation in the context of the project.Eva-Maria Graf is a professor of applied linguistics working on, among other things, helping professional interactions with a special focus on coaching. She is a founder of linguistic coaching process research. Amongst numerous other publications in this field, she has authored the first linguistic monograph on coaching (‘The Pragmatics of Executive Coaching’). In addition to the overall project management of the ‘DACH’ research project ‘Question Sequences in Coaching’, she leads the Austrian team based in Klagenfurt. She has already been granted – also by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) – a three-year ‘Elise-Richter Habilitation’ Fellowship. Eva-Maria Graf has been working as a coach for many years focusing on coaching in academia. She is also a senior coach and trainer. Together with Hansjörg Künzli (as well as Elke Berninger-Schäfer and Robert Wegener), she is editor-in-chief of the journal Coaching | Theory & Practice.
