I didn't want to leave you hanging for the summer. I just wanted to do a quick life check. For you and for me. I'm hoping to return in the fall, but we'll just have to see what this season brings. I haven't shared much of my private life lately because I wanted to shine light on others who have experienced trauma in some way and have still become successful. They have also found their purpose. It is equally as important for you to find yours, too. I thank you for tuning in this season. I pray you learned something about strength, courage, forgiveness, hope, and love. In this episode I speak with life coach Leann Evans about her experience with narcissistic abuse. We discuss techniques she uses to cope, what she's learned about herself, how she's managed to go no contact with her mother, and how healing herself has had an amazingly, positive impact on her relationship with her children. Narcissism is often talked about in today's society, but it's hardly understood because most narcissists will never get diagnosed with the personality disorder. However, the more we share our experiences, the better we will understand. I hope you learn as much as I did! &nbs ..read more

Hey yall! Just wanted to give you a little of my spiritual wisdom before my next interview drops. I'm laughing because I don't believe I possess any spiritual wisdom, but I might. Praise God, because I definitely have the Holy Ghost.   In this episode, I talk about how I've come to terms with my sin, how in the world I still remain calm co-parenting with my ex-abuser, and how I cope with the holidays after my family has been torn apart. Literally. Scripture is the only answer for me.    Co-parenting videos I reference in the episode: Tips for Co-Parenting with a Narcissist or Di ..read more
