There is a technical legal point it is worth people being aware of. It varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but in the UK it is lawful to import prescription drugs (that are not controlled substances) for your personal use (which includes the immediate family). However, it is not lawful to sell those drugs whilst in the jurisdiction. I don’t know what the rules are in other jurisdictions, but people need to be aware of this potential subtlety in terms of the law. https://www.tpauk.com/main/article/mhra-information-about-buying-prescription-drugs-from-internet-pharmacies-ud/ There are no ..read more

DrFraser: However, the table is fascinating above on pushing the dose up on the CCBs with risk of PD. Unfortunately, given the HRs in the chart, I’m not even sure the non-amlodipine DHP CCBs do much better than amlodipine for PD. Also, it’s a 2014 paper; since then, other people could have reproduced it. The neuroprotective effect of DHP CCBs for PD has been reproduced in several papers since then, but not the superiority of lercanidipine, felodipine, and co, if I’m correct. In any case, amlodipine seems the best for CVD. Here’s another paper for stroke, for instance: ALLHAT: amlodipine ..read more

I thought I would add an additional poll which is for people to vote for one day in the week that would be very difficult for them. This can be used as a tie breaker. Click to view the poll. Please note that there are two polls The first poll is which days are good for you. In that poll you can vote for any number of days. The second poll is which is the worst day for you. You can only vote for one day in that. I will use that as a tie breaker to try to ensure the maximum availability for a day ..read more

From the wikipedia entry (all that I’ve seen on this so far): Uromune first became available for clinical use in 2010[2] and was first described in the literature by 2012.[9] It was developed and marketed in Spain by Immunotek S.L.[1][10][9] Uromune has also been approved in Mexico and the Dominican Republic and is currently pending approval in Canada.[2][11][1]The vaccine is under development for use and is available via special-access programs in numerous other countries, including in many European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Chile, among others.[1][2][11] Development and approva ..read more
