Robyn and Jacob came from Canada to New Zealand and explore our beautiful country on a 2 week camper van trip. They decided that while they were here, it was the perfect place to get married! Both being adventurous and loving the outdoors they decided to stay at Welcome Rock in Garston and get tie the knot with the mountain views. Unfortunately the weather did not play the part and we got super low fog. But, this did not wipe the smiles off Robyn & Jacob’s faces all day! They got ready instead at the first hut on the track. We then found an area low enough to get some views of the valle ..read more

Scott & Taylar were visiting NZ for a friends wedding earlier this month. With a trip around the country planned, they divided it would be the perfect time to elope. Just the two of them. They got ready together at accommodation right by the lakefront because… their elopement was taking place on a historic cruise ship - The Faith! They had a private hire, so the entire boat to themselves and the capitan could sail it where they wanted. We picked a little bay that was quite sheltered across the lake as a ceremony spot. They read private vows that had everyone in tears (even me) before ex ..read more

Ooh I knew Becs and Corey would have a fun, party filled wedding day in Wedderburn planned with their loved ones and it did not disappoint! Wedderburn hadn’t had rain all summer and of course, it decided to rain for their wedding, but they did not let that dampen the day at all. Corey and the guys played a round of golf in the morning before getting suited up. The accommodation had Autumn leaves coming out with complemented the suits perfectly! Becs got ready with her crew at down the road. It was a super relaxed morning for them all. Becs had little gifts for everyone and wrote personalised ..read more

Jess & Adam had a big wedding planned for later this year. As they kept delaying sending out the invites, they realised a big wedding wasn’t what they really wanted. So picked a date for 2 weeks later to elope! It was a stunning day in Queenstown and the accommodation they booked had views of the Remarkables from the deck. Just immediate family was in attendance making it nice and intimate. The ceremony was by the lake. With beautiful vows and a bit of cake before the pair waved goodbye and headed off for a helicopter flight into the mountains. We landed at Lake Erskine, which had amazi ..read more

Where do I even start with the incredible day Jenna & Mitch had for their wedding in the family farm at Moa Flat?! They had the PERFECT weather for a farm wedding. Blue skies, a bit of cloud, warm weather and no wind at all. Mitch and the guys got ready down the road and enjoyed a relaxed morning. Meanwhile Jenna did make up (she is an amazing beautician at The Sanctuary) and the girls got glammed. After getting into gowns, the guys came up to the house and Jenna & her bridesmaids went to where Mitch was getting ready and her transport was awaiting. The ceremony looked out over the r ..read more
