Hello, I have an HP Color Laser multifunctional printer (Model 178nw) which is giving me ghosting of the printed text and images down the page (see attached image of a test print page). Hi there, I have a very odd problem with my HP LaserJet 500 Color M551. It does not appear to be cartridge-related - I swapped out the cartridges, with no success. It would be easier to explain with a picture... but I'll do my best. I have an older laserjet 6p printer that I still use on occasion. I ran into an issue where I was manually inserting some thicker paper into the unit like card stock and then the page turned all dark like the drum was saturated with toner and I can not get the page to come clean.
