I had a photoshoot with an adorable family in Kyoto during cherry blossom season. We met at Maruyama Park, which has a large cherry blossom tree, and took photos with it first. The kids were amazing in front of the camera and very friendly. They held my hand as we moved to the next photo spot. The parents were interested in Japanese culture and asked me some questions, which I was happy to answer. I also talked and played Pokémon with the kids, and we quickly became friends. It was a fantastic shooting session, and I appreciate you sharing your happy family time with me. I look forward to seei ..read more

I had a surprise proposal photoshoot in Osaka Castle Park on a rainy day. I checked the weather report multiple times before the shooting day, and it indicated rain all day. I suggested rescheduling, but we ultimately decided to proceed as planned. It was raining when I arrived, but fortunately, the weather started to improve when they arrived. He managed to propose without an umbrella, and it was a success. She was crying and smiling—it was a beautiful proposal. I took photos of them with the castle in the background and also in various other locations, using an umbrella. The photos turned ou ..read more

We decided on Ukimido Temple in Nara Park as our location, known for its serene beauty and fewer crowds compared to other spots. As I waited for them, blending in as a tourist, I initially fretted about potential crowds in the background. But much to my relief, the area cleared out just in time for their arrival. I had a surprise proposal shoot in Kyoto’s Gion area. My client wanted to propose with the Yasaka Pagoda in the background, but this spot is always crowded, so we decided to do it early in the morning. Despite arriving at 7:20 am, there were already many people taking photos, making it challenging to capture the moment without any bystanders. However, we found a great opportunity, and he proposed. The atmosphere was celebratory, and we shared a special moment together. This is why I love proposal shoots; they bring happiness. After the proposal, I suggested many ideas and experimented with dif ..read more

I had a wonderful photo shoot with a lovely couple in Osaka Castle Park. They had joined me for a nighttime shoot last year and booked another session this time. Since we had already connected previously, I felt like we were friends, which made the shoot very comfortable for me. We visited the plum blossoms garden, which was quite crowded, but we managed to capture many great shots without people in the background. The couple was cute and naturally posed well for the camera. I took some stunning ring shots from various angles, which they loved. The one-hour shoot felt like it flew by in just 2 ..read more

I recently had a surprise proposal shoot at Osaka Castle Park, although the spot for the proposal differed from previous shoots. We chose a location amidst the abundant plum blossoms in the park. Unlike cherry blossoms, which bloom from late March to April, plum blossoms bloom a month earlier. Arriving early that day, I scouted the area for the best spot. The fully blooming blossoms created a stunning backdrop, and I found the perfect spot for the proposal. Pretending to be a local, I awaited their arrival. Capturing the moment amidst the blossoms, with no one else in the background, made it a ..read more
