January passed by too quickly! Ang bilis! Parang hindi ko masyado naramdaman at hindi ko nga agad nasimulan ang aking mga Goals For 2023.
Anyway, here’s what happened to me in January — First up is getting a massage! Bet na bet i-try ni Daddydoodledoo and Thewi Thai Massage. Because I’ve been needing and wanting a massage kahit hindi ko masyado bet ang Thai massage ay pumayag na rin ako. Kasama pa nga namin si Ykaie at ito ang kanyang very first massage.
As expected, napakaraming stretching! Hindi talaga ako nare-relax sa stretching!

Did you know that it takes 450 years for a plastic bottle to break down naturally? For a plastic toothbrush, it’s even longer at 500 years.
Plastic waste ends up in our oceans and this results in frequent flooding, marine life degradation, loss of certain marine species, and lower fish yields. The Philippines is estimated to emit 35% of the ocean’s plastic, with 356,371 of metric tons of plastic waste annually.

Happy New Year everyone! How was your first six days into 2023? It’s still a bit busy on my side of the universe with my kids being back to school and our three beagles and six cats turning our house upside down.
So how did we welcome 2023? Pantone Color of The Year was Viva Magenta — I didn’t wanna wear it because it reminds me of the price of onions which skyrocketed to PhP 720 per kilo! My Gah! So we opted to wear the lucky color of the year instead which was Forest Green. Twinkle was wearing parang Mint Green pero may polka dots naman so it’s still considered lucky… hihihi

Ang bilis lang ng December. Maybe because ang daming ganap, ang daming work (Thank you, Lord!) at ang daming may birthday.
Sahring with you some of the things that happened the past month…
