The KAYAK IROISE SEMAINE is a 8 days meeting of sea kayaking in the Iroise sea , in front of Ouessant island. It starts with the welcome evening where you get login, you get one map, one wp bag KIS, one meal. The breton band plays and you dance. One the second day: Security is the main activiy in speeches and practice in the water, watched by the SNSM delegation. Selling my Scorpio, it spent last summer in its shed and I can't see myself getting out in it again anytime soon. I great condition, deck lines replaced, and all seems to be working well. It has a couple of spray decks, one of which I use for storage and transport (pictured). Small mark on underside, but other than that it's like new. £1000 with spray decks, and boat stands. When I rinsed my towline recently it was to find the elasticated shock cord had come unattached, and was free in the bag, Now I can’t work out how it should be fixed to both bag and line so I’m hoping someone with the same towline will kindly explain, or - better still - respond with a photograph. Normal scratches from light use, the "kayaksport adjustable ferrule" is in excellent condition. This is the feature that allows you to change to length from 210 to 220 cms which is great for when you are changing from, for example, a bit of surf to long distance paddling. It also allows you to finely adjust the feather. I've put a link with the manafacturer's description. I will send photos to anyone who is interested. Vivian Avalon, made in Italy, currently in West Yorkshire £650 ono Made by CS Canoa in Italy. 5.85m long, 55cms wide. This is a large kayak designed to carry the kitchen sink and a large paddler. The kayak has had a small gel coat repair at the rear but otherwise it is in very good condition, all hatches and covers are watertight. This boat is also on FB where i have managed to put more photos. Sadly I thought I had a buyer but it was not to be and so the kayak is up for sale again.
