Rock Hill State Representative Brandon Guffey has filed a wrongful death suit against Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and said its practices led to sexual extortion and his 17-year-old son’s suicide two years ago. Strom Law Firm in Columbia, South Carolina filed the lawsuit, along with Rock Hill’s Elrod Pope Law Firm.
