SPARKLING LAQUIRTIA
4cl Anise black tea
2cl Salt liquorice sirup from SMAGFULD by Almuegaarden
1 Pinch of sweet liquorice powder
Top with Copenhagen Sparkling Tea GRØN and fresh cut raw liquorice
HOW TO:
Shake the anise black tea, liquorice sirup and liquorice powder with ice. Strain into glass and top with GRØN.
‘Optionally’, add fresh cut raw liquorice on the top.
Cold brew anise black tea: Use 8-10 grams pr. Liter water. Use an airtight bottle, store it in the fridge for approximately 12-15 hours. Filter the tea.

5cl Amaro Mondino (or another Italien Bitter)
7-10cl Sparkling Tea RØD or GRØN
Garnish with a long lemon peel or diced kumquats
HOW TO:
Mix the ingredients above and top off with Sparkling Tea GRØN or RØD
(Use the RØD Sparkling Tea for something a little more sweet & herbaceous, or GRØN for something a little more full-bodied and fresh)

Top with Sparkling Tea LYSERØD
HOW TO:
Mix Noveltea Gin, litchi sirup and lime into the shaker. Shake for 20 seconds, strain into glass with ice.
Finally add LYSERØD for the finishing touch

5 Fresh mint leaves
2 Teaspoons of cane sugar
2cl Black sirup (optionally add 2-3 fresh blackberries)
1cl Lime
3cl Cold brewed Earl Grey
Top with Sparkling Tea RØD
First grind the fresh mint leaves and the fresh blackberries. Add cane sugar, blackberry sirup, lin and the Earl Grey tea. Stir all the ingredients with a barspoon, fill glass with ice. Top with RØD for the final touch.
Cold brewed Earl Grey tea: Use 7-8 grams pr. Liter water. Use an airtight bottle, store it in the fridge for approximately 12-13 hours. Filter the tea.
