COCKTAILS / GRØN SPARKLING LAQUIRTIA 4cl Anise black tea 2cl Salt liquorice sirup from SMAGFULD by Almuegaarden 1 Pinch of sweet liquorice powder Top with Copenhagen Sparkling Tea GRØN and fresh cut raw liquorice HOW TO: Shake the anise black tea, liquorice sirup and liquorice powder with ice. Strain into glass and top with GRØN. ‘Optionally’, add fresh cut raw liquorice on the top. Cold brew anise black tea: Use 8-10 grams pr. Liter water.
