Por Daniel González Estrada y Fernando Osawa Estévez El 7 de junio de 2023 el Decreto por el que se expide el Código Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, y entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación. Aplicación De conformidad con el segundo transitorio del Decreto, la entrada en vigor será de manera gradual, los gobiernos federal y locales de México deberán adoptar el Código Nacional a más tardar el 1° de abril de 2027.
