My boyfriend bought me a ring for my birthday. I put it on for all of 1 minute while sitting on the couch. This ring was simply tried on briefly - it was not worn ANYWHERE. I determined that it was a little too small. It was packed up immediately and we shipped it out to be exchanged. Almost 2 weeks later, he is notified that there were "multiple abrasions" and they will not exchange it. This couldn't be FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH!
