I just charged up to 80% using chademo, now trying to start the car (brake and press button), but it’s like I pressed the button alone. Had my 2018 Nissan Leaf for 6 years, love it, no problem. Besides wipers, tires, brake pads, ive had zero trouble. Last week, the trunk latch broke. It kept cycling on and off. Ok, well, no problem. Off to the nissam dealership. They inspect it, and order a new trunk latch. They say, come back in 2 weeks. Next day, a warning pops up. "WARNING! RELEASE PARKING BRAKE!". Hi, I may have screwed up. I purchased the EV charger at the link below for home charging without doing proper research. I now realize this Level 2 charger requires an adapter in order to plug it into a standard home outlet. Can someone please advise and if possible suggest an appropriate adapter on Amazon US?
