Finally sold my 2017 Maserati, had it since new, great car, but it was time to move on in June 2024. I had an aftermarket sub installed (JL Audio HO112-W6v3 - 2 ohm - HO Box), along with having an amp rack built. They removed the factory sub and replaced with what's shown on the pictures (this sat underneath the fold up floor in the cargo area so it's all out of site), then a speaker wire out to the sub box that sat in the cargo area. Hey guys! I hope all is well. Just had a quick question about the valves in the rear muffler. 1 of the flaps broke off the hinge. The other one is working fine a bit squeaky but closes when started and opens when put in sport mode. I was checking out prices for the rear left exhaust/muffler and assembly and it is quiet costly from Masaerti. The vehicle is out of warranty. I have this installed on my diesel Lavante, it sounds great but is always in loud mode. Novitec media suggests it should be activated in sport mode but this does not change the sound, its always loud. I have approached Novitec but not received any help so far, three emails over 8 weeks. Either the unit is faulty or I'm more inclined to believe it could be a setting that I can change but don't know how.
