We are the Chris and Claude co, creative designers from the start. We first made a name for ourselves with our colorful and unique design chooses, always looking for out-of-the-box thinking. In the beginning, we mainly flipped houses. Buying a house that needed a major makeover and then working hard to turn it into a space for someone to thrive. But we’ve become so much more than that. In the last year we have spent a lot of hours refining our design process and making sure that our team is set up in a way that can benefit you the best. We’re not just creative space designers. We love our little town of Honey Brook. We fell in love with this town after we both started volunteering at the local Honey Brook Youth Center . When Chris and I got married, we knew this is where we were called to live and invest our lives. It’s not the most flashy place (we still don’t have a coffee shop in town) but it has character, unique finds at the thrift store, and a very special history of its own. It’s one of the reasons that we started hosting with our investment properties – we always want people to feel welcome when they visit Honey Brook. I know that it’s special in today’s wo ..read more

From Vintage 70’s to Mid-Century Modern

At the beginning of our business we flipped a lot of homes. And I (Claude) loved the outlet for all my creative juices. I loved the freedom I had to choose funky, less popular ideas and create spaces that were unique and out of the box. Lately we’ve been focused on our clients projects and helping their dreams and vision come to life in their homes. Which is something we love as a team. But I needed an outlet for all the design ideas that were in my head – and that’s when I decided it was time to revamp our Airbnbs. Don’t write it off if you feel like you might not want to walk around in overalls, buying cows and chickens. Trust us, there’s a lot of value in purchasing farmland. And if you are able to purchase more land then you need for you and your family, you can rent it out to another farmer for some passive income. As real estate agents we do our best to make the home buying process less complicated so that you can choose the space that you can thrive. If you’d ..read more
