Hey all, just had a question and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar potential issue with this. So I am currently on trt and working on cutting weight. I get my trt through an online clinic and get labs done through my local hospital/clinic. My pcp will only do follow up labs every 6 months for my trt protocol. Currently I have been training each muscle group once a week. With my schedule 4 days a week is about what I can fit in (especially with travel ball starting lol). I was thinking about changing my program to focus on Bench, Squat, OH press and deadlifts. My question is how would yall incorporate the other exercises into this kind of training regimen?
