Madeline and Blake pulled off a classic St. Louis Wedding. They zipped around town to celebrate in the places that were most special to them. Madeline got ready for the day at her grandparents’ home and their ceremony was at the same church her mother and grandmother had their weddings. We even recreated a few photos from those weddings. Jane and Conner’s wedding at Union Station in Downtown St. Louis. We brought all of our film cameras for the day as usual, but we had the privilege to capture a few portraits with Jane’s grandfather’s 50s era camera. The camera was lovingly restored and fitted for 120 film by Conner. A few days leading up to the wedding I met with Jane at a coffee shop where she loaned me the camera. I had never used it before and Jane showed me possibly the only person on youtube that had a how-to video for it. I watched the video and taught myself the basics of the camera and practiced with a roll of film. T ..read more
