I have a 2005 Chevy Colorado 2.8 ltr I can't find out why my windshield wipers work up until it starts raining . ? I HAVE opened the hood and spayed water on different areas trying to troubleshoot it and no response. I tried spraying it with the hood down it keeps working but once it rains it will stop . spins over great acts like no fuel, reset battery, tried other keys with no luck. about to call a hook for transporting and tried 1 more time and it started and ran fine. drove home about 20 miles. i also noticed the warning bell came on with no visual icons 3 different times during the trip home. kind of like when you leave the turn signals activated for a while., but that was not the case. any ideas ? ignition switch ?? thanks for any information, greatly appreciated 83K miles ..read more

I have been battling a series of issues on this truck for a while now. I am down to what I hope is the final item. The truck is suffering from a misfire. I have connected my scanner to the truck and the only code I get is for a misfire listed below. - P03000 - Engine misfire detected. When I look at the live data for misfire counts, I see that basically all cylinders are having what I will call random misfires.
