Looking into a suomi kp/-31 parts kit to build my grail gun but I'm concerned about some of the legality of it so I was wondering if anyone here has some good articles videos etc on the legality of it

As stated I got myself a 1943 1903A3 in amazing shape and I’m looking to take it to the range and possibly hunting. Would I be able to use higher grain hunting ammo or should I not even consider that and only use the fmj ammunition. (If I were to only use the fmj I won’t hunt with that) Any thoughts are welcome and thank you!

I haven't been paying close attention to the C&R world for a few years and wondered if anyone had their eyes on anything that should be coming down the pipeline for the 50 year rule anytime soon. Certainly none of the select fire rifles that militaries in the 70s used would be eligible, but I'm sure there are plenty of handguns we could see soon.

I've tried everything I know of in the Florida area, from Florida gun trader, to group chats, to local stores and gun shows and they all have their own special issues from fudds to bubba's and unreasonable pricing galore, or just no interest in old guns, very frustrating... I'm just trying to get my hands on a mosin, one of the few old guns I can AFFORD to shoot, unlike my carcano :(

A main reason I got into milsurp rifles is that i have always wanted a wood stock bolt action rifle with iron sights. When im at the range and reload with stripper clips it feels so good. It is so satisfying. I love the little noise they make when you strip the rounds over the top. Btw the rifle i have is a Yugo M24/52C. 8mm Mauser supremacy.

I have the aforementioned rifle and bayonet. I tried firing the rifle with the bayonet mounted. And under the recoil of the rifle the bayonet disconnected from the lug and fell off. Am mounting it wrong? When I slide it onto the rifle I slide it down till it makes a click sound. The bayonet lug on the rifle has cosmoline as well as the bayonet, could that be causing the bayonet to slip off? Any help would be appreciated.

I have inherited a few milsurp guns from my father in law and was hoping someone could help me with this Mauser K98. Is this a reproduction? Or is this an original that has had work done? The condition looks too good to be true.
