My mom has balance issues and rides a tricycle. Since it doesn't fit in her car, she can only ride it around the subdivision where she lives -- it's hard to get to a bike path. She just asked me if I know of any good folding trikes, so that she can drive to a path somewhere and ride from there. I pointed out Lectric's folding e-trike to her before, but I think she prefers non-electric b/c she isn't worried about going anywhere fast, she just wants exercise and safety. I got my Zizzo Forte about a year ago and it probably has less than 100 miles on it. Over the winter, it was kept folded and not used. This spring, I noticed that the gears are slipping or changing on their own without me changing them. Needless to say, this is annoying and potentially unsafe.
