A few weeks I questioned how David Buttress would maintain his position at the Dragons/Rodney Parade following his appointment as full-time CEO of Ovo Energy. Now we know. Buttress is standing down as Chairman at the end of June. The Dragons/CEO Graeme Bradbury is also leaving at the end of the rugby season. New faces for Huw Jenkins to negotiate and work with. We have 9 full time pros already contracted for next season (if rumours about Will Evans are correct) and 2 youth.scholar players. I attended the trust meeting on Thursday evening, after asking a number of people who also attended, it became apparent that he was not in attendance for what ever reason. After all the noise he has been making on the forums, it would have been nice to have a chat with him. What did strike me as strange, was that some members of the trust board chose not to sit a the top table, but instead chose to sit with in the audience.
