Hello friends, I’ve had this for years and a watch dude I know said real or fake, at the range - I tried to educate myself - looks like the syringe hands spot on but not meeting the points on the dial as close as some other 1971 versions I’ve seen on the web - thought I’d kindly ask the pros! I got this watch off my grandfather who was in the military. It winds and runs, i am taking it in for a service and new glass. Was hoping though anyone could tell me about this watch, what it's worth? Any information would but much appreciated. I can't find much online. The watch repair guy said he knows nothing of it either. On the face it says "DROZ 25 rubis incabloc automatic". On the back it says "666 feet super waterproof submarine case, antimagnetic incabloc automatic stainless steel, swiss made". I think it's German ww2. Inscription is in english. Date is 1945. Sohne is German for son and I found four watch makers in Germany with name & son . Also inside it says 2/630. Does that mean only 630 were made? I can see it's 15 jewels. I did research from the back written in English and it seems to be of military background. I found one online similar different brand but said was a German officers.any ideas? Input. Also Norah was a B17 US bomber. Etching on the back says tib Betty and Norah.
