We are a small rural group, covering the borders of North Suffolk and South Norfolk, taking in Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth, Loddon, and the surrounding areas. We produce a weekly talking newspaper, largely based on the Beccles and Bungay Journal. We also produce a quarterly magazine, Valley Sounds, that includes interviews, memories, poems, gardening, and cookery tips.
