The vaccine requirement for entering Canada has been cancelled. To enter Canada you will only need your passport or enhanced driver's license. 2023 Availability It's getting limited, but we do have openings. Here are some available options. Example: May 1-6 would be arriving on the 1st and departing on the 6th May The Walleye opener is May 20th and we have a couple spots starting that weekend through the end of the month June June 1-5 (1 cabin available, sleeps 3-4) June 4-10 (1 cabin, sleeps 6) July There is availability on most dates starting July 5 - 11 (1 cabin available, sleeps 6) July 1 ..read more

In our recent e-newsletter we listed what we're most thankful for this year. At the top of our list we shared that it has been a challenging year for us personally, with some pretty major set-backs with our aging parents. We are endlessly thankful to our tremendous staff who stepped up when we needed to be away from camp this past summer. Jimmy took over Dave's role seamlessly, Jessica on the dock and guides Bill, Kerry, John and Troy kept everything running smoothly. The border is scheduled to open August 9, 2021 to US travelers. What do you need to know to cross the border? 1) You will need to have proof of being fully vaccinated (Pfizer, Moderna, J&J or Astra-Zeneca are the only acceptable vaccines) and be 14 days past your last dose 2) Children under 12 — who aren't yet approved to receive a vaccine — will be exempt from the quarantine requirement after entering Canada and can move around with their parents if they follow public health measures. 3) You will need a negative COVID-19 molecular test, within 72 hours of crossing. Our 2022 schedule is extremely tight, but we have opened up a few new dates as guest's move their reservations around. Be sure and check back regularly, as we will post new openings as they come up. Example: May 20-23 would mean you could arrive on the 20th and depart on the morning of the 24th. It's finally here....the border is re-opening The news we have all been waiting for is finally here. The US - Canada border will re-open to US citizens. "Ottawa now says that — starting Aug. 9 at 12:01 a.m. ET. — fully vaccinated U.S. citizens and permanent residents living in that country will be able to visit Canada without having to quarantine for two weeks."
