Morning all,
Anyone else tried to call the box office and move their season ticket seat?
What an outdated useless system, feels like the 90s, why can’t this be an online thing?
Naturally at 10am on a Wednesday most of us are at work, so makes it difficult to call. Fortunately I was able to work whilst attempting to call.
It took me 350 attempts to get through to the queue system instead of getting a user busy tone, I proceeded to wait on hold for an hour, but as soon as the hour marker hit, call failed!!
Come on CPFC are we really making it this difficult of a process?
Why can’t I just see a ..read more

Hello everyone. I am traveling from America to London for the Villa game. In previous years, I’ve had great success with the international membership and acquiring tickets through their reservation system.
Unfortunately, after emailing around a dozen times and filling out the online form many times over the past few months, I never heard back from the box office and when tickets went on sale to the general memberships, they were all sold out.
Does anyone have any tips? I know we have the ticket help stuff on here, but this situation seemed a little different. I just want to see Eze and Olise ..read more

Silly question I’m afraid ….. but how does the clubs point system work?
I bought a ST, then upgraded to ST+ (few snags I’ve noticed, month in I had to request reissue of digital ticket as still showed ST. I now have ST+ but note online, says ST only for 23/24 & ST+ for 24/25).
Anyway, been to every home game bar 1 this season. Bought half a dozen additional tickets throughout the season. Spent a small fortune in the clubshop on the little one (and scanned each time) and am currently sat at 830 points.
When away tickets go on sale and they go to those with 7,000 points …. do I genuinely ne ..read more

Knicks and Spurs fan coming. Could be wrong but pretty sure Parish and Glasner are in Philly today for the NBA playoff game. Can anyone confirm? Odd fact but thought I saw them court side.

Just maybe after yesterday’s wonder-goal I thought I might open the sub to some kind words about one of our longest serving players who is likely on his way out with his contract this season. Sure he’s rarely been outstanding and no doubt below par under Hodgson in recent seasons.. but we are talking about 200 odd PL apps since 2016 always asked to plug gaps and never complaining. For me the goal and big smile on his face was one of my happiest Palace moments of the season. I wish all the best
Separately, can we give some credit to Parish and co. The fanbase was in a completely toxic state ea ..read more
