Pelvic floor exercises are also known as Kegals. I've never heard anything bad about doing kegals except that they are muscles and you can over do it perhaps if you did way too many? I'm a member of another forum for people like myself who were the lucky recipients of Transverse Myelitis and had some spinal cord injury from it. Is the Bimix ingredients the same strength that your old Trimix prescription was? I love the idea of Bimix not needing to be refrigerated and being able to be just that much more spontaneous. Thanks Bob for your helpful reply. Just wanted to check back in with my results: It turns out that, after switching from 6 units of Trimix, about 18 units of Bimix gets me hard (9/10) and lasts about a couple of hours. I am not nearly as hard / long as I was with the Bimix, but my wife says it is actually more comfortable for her. So all good... Thanks again.
