Pelvic floor exercises are also known as Kegals. I've never heard anything bad about doing kegals except that they are muscles and you can over do it perhaps if you did way too many? Kegals are suppose to help with ED and in one study in the link below not only helped men regain sexual function it also improved their erections. It's worth a shot. I found the verbiage below on healthline.com which suggests that it allows blood to flow in.... Kegel exercises can benefit men as well. In particular, they help to strengthen the bulbocavernosus muscle. This important muscle does three jobs: It allo ..read more

Hi everyone. When you tighten your pelvic floor muscle does that also prevent blood from flowing into your erected penis? Statistics:Posted by ThomasRgn — Fri Jun 04, 2021 9:30 am ..read more

I'm not a medical professional but will tell you what I think after reading through your short post(sarcasm). I think you are very anxious and paranoid but If I had the same thing going on with me for months I would be freaked out and anxious as well. Nice how documented your history of this is. Your urologist sounds like a POS and should be the one who gets to the bottom of this issue you're having. Everything you're describing should be in his specialty realm. My GUESS would be that something is going on with your urethra, bladder or the sphincter of it that controls the urine flow??? What e ..read more

Hi, just writing bc I'm curious what others might think: Symptoms that have come and gone since Feb: -Leaky, “crawling” irritated feeling in penis. -Thin, water-like discharge when expressing foreskin -Penis head constantly feeling “wet” -Irritation after ejaculating -Needing to urinate frequently, hesitancy when beginning urination -Dribbling and needing to wipe more often after urinating finishes -No pain while urinating or ejaculating - Slight tingling (not numb) scrotum feeling for 10 seconds every few mins -Slight ache or sensitivity by the base of penis -Difficulty maintaining erection ..read more

I'm a member of another forum for people like myself who were the lucky recipients of Transverse Myelitis and had some spinal cord injury from it. There was recently an old post that was resurrected that I came across where someone there was talking about how they could not ejaculate and it was suggested to him that he try plunging his feet into ice water when he felt like he was close to or needed to ejaculate. I thought this was crazy but so many others popped up and mentioned how the ice water worked for them. One guy said he was using ice water to ejaculate for the past 20 years and had Tr ..read more

I came across this today and thought it was pretty cool and ordered a pair of black ones. Would be great for those times when you want to be more spontaneous with the old lady when you're out and about. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0041H59O0/re ... Is the Bimix ingredients the same strength that your old Trimix prescription was? I love the idea of Bimix not needing to be refrigerated and being able to be just that much more spontaneous. Getting dosages right and injecting into the right spot consistently are the hardest things to nail down when starting injections. Statistics:Posted by Bob1974 — Mon Apr 12, 2021 12:12 pm ..read more

Thanks Bob for your helpful reply. Just wanted to check back in with my results: It turns out that, after switching from 6 units of Trimix, about 18 units of Bimix gets me hard (9/10) and lasts about a couple of hours. I am not nearly as hard / long as I was with the Bimix, but my wife says it is actually more comfortable for her. So all good... Thanks again.
