There is something about Southern Utah that just makes my heart happy. Running around the sand dunes with Anna and Jacob was far too much fun. Their love shines, they needed no direction and just dove in! I edited one photo in black and white and I never looked back - this was meant to be ..read more

Ashlyn and her hubby, Anthony came to my mini sessions and wanted to use the session to officially announce their pregnancy. It has been a hard last year for them and I was honored to photograph such a special moment in their lives. They are the cutest and most genuine people and so excited for their next journey. Ashlyn is also another local photographer and I hope one day we get to work together ..read more

I hopped on a plane and hit the skies for a few days in Hawaii back in March. I got the pleasure to get in formal bridals for these two cute humans! We got super lucky because this was one of the only nights that we got a sunset! The rest of the weather was overcast (but hot!). This beach is super popular for bonfires so our feet were pureee black when we were done! All the little specs are leftover coal pieces! Enjoy a little Hawaiian peek into some of their bridal photos ..read more

I am sooo happy that Alexa choose me to be her engagement and wedding photographer. We met in college through our sorority and became roommates after our freshman year (along with a few other amazing gals!). We wanted to do something kinda epic and cool, so I threw out the idea of a sunrise session. Of course we have to make it epic and head up the shore to the beautiful Black Beach. The early wake up call was worth the gorgeous sunrise and really set the mood to feeeel something. I am over here counting down the days until you and Alex get to tie the knot ..read more

Man was it hard to narrow down their images for this blog post. It is so much fun to go through them again and relive this amazing day! The entire wedding party was a blast to be around and sure knew how to celebrate Connolly and Casey. From the vibrant bouquet to the smallest reception details, nothing was overlooked. Although the weather was raining all day, Clyde sure provides the most romantic setting for photos and even in the big space, feel so cozy! Enjoy the little peep into their wedding day ..read more

The View Minneapolis Wedding

This wedding was the most jaw dropping and had the most beautiful floral arrangements. I got to shoot along side my bestie, Emily (litecreatives.com), which made the cherry on top to the day! Carly and Mitch didn’t have a bridal party and got to spend the entire morning roaming around Minneapolis before the ceremony. The small little intimate moments they had throughout the day made me realize to schedule in more couple alone time! After their ceremony they had the most relaxing evening with their close friends and family and danced the night away. The rain was on and off the entire day but we ..read more

As Logan was finishing up school in Utah, I just threw out the idea of maybe doing their engagement session out where they are. Next thing you know I am booking a flight! The Salt Flats were always on my bucket list and I was overjoyed when Macy and Logan drove the 2.5 hours from their home to make my dreams come true! Of course the battle of weather - it rained the entire morning but stopped just when we started to shoot. The best thing about the rainy season is the beautiful reflections it created on portions of the flats. Just a few short months until they get married and I am sooo excited ..read more

Talk about having such a cute set up for an engagement session! I can say that I am super obsessed with this vibe. The Fond Collective did all of the styling and rentals along with 651 Studio Florals for the lovely work! Sometimes it is fun to get together with other creatives and see what magic can happen! Manon and Bret, you two are so cute together and so down for whatever crazy idea! Lorna and Kevin got married at one of the most romantic Airbnb’s on Madeline Island! When Lorna was growing up, her family always had a sail boat and would spend summers at their cabin, sailing Lake Superior. For the wedding, her parents sailed to the venue on their boat! The entire day was filled with love, laughter and family. It was a crisp morning as I drove from Duluth (& got to take my car over on the ferry!), to Madeline Island. The entire drive was all the gorgeous fiery trees and I am glad we were surrounded by them at the ceremony! The cabin loft had all the cabin vibes as Lorna ..read more

Miranda was a bridesmaid in a wedding I photographed years ago and we have kept in touch through social media. I was super happy when she reached out to get some family photos done. We somehow got lucky for having a 60 degree day AND a perfect sunset to kick off the first day of SPRINGG!! These two are in the process of excavating this piece of land so they can start building their future home! I am really excited to celebrate such a fun accomplishment and project with them out at their property. It’s always fun to get some new updated couple photos as well! Hopefully in a few years we can hav ..read more
