The International Aerobatic Club Hall of Fame will posthumously induct Maurice Hunter "Pappy" Spinks as part of the annual Experimental Aircraft Association Sport Aviation Halls of Fame program on Nov. 10 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The two residents of the house were not injured in the crash. The FAA has filed a letter of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed airfield, safety and terminal improvement project at West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW).
