it is safe to say we are back in business,
Theoden is nearly ready to publish (and release!??)
We took liberty to throw it in production before we announce,
so may be by the end of June, we can start to ship the Rohan King

Saw this figure pop up on a few 3rd party sites I follow. It has sculpted and rooted versions. There's no way the rooted hair looks that good on the final product for the asking price. I wouldn't bother with it.

It looks like Beast Kingdom has the LOTR licence and the first cap off the rank is Sauron.
Beast Kingdom don't have the best track record, but since there's no face sculpt likeness required, this should be a safe(er) bet.
1/9 scale isn't our favourite scale, but since the character is so big, at this scale he's about the same height as a normal 1/6 figure.
