Saw this figure pop up on a few 3rd party sites I follow. It has sculpted and rooted versions. There's no way the rooted hair looks that good on the final product for the asking price. I wouldn't bother with it. I think I'll get one to put on my bookshelf next to my LOTR books though ..read more

It looks like Beast Kingdom has the LOTR licence and the first cap off the rank is Sauron. Beast Kingdom don't have the best track record, but since there's no face sculpt likeness required, this should be a safe(er) bet. 1/9 scale isn't our favourite scale, but since the character is so big, at this scale he's about the same height as a normal 1/6 figure. $110.
