Listing activity continues to drop, partially due to the seasonality of the market (we see fewer listings in the fall through the winter). This makes it a challenge for buyers since inventory is already at record-low levels.
The good news is that bidding wars have slowed down quite a bit and we are seeing more seller concessions being offered.
