Need help with several electrical issue on a JD 9560 Combine. The engine has a misfire, suction controll valve, preassure releif valve and sensor was changed was changed but the error keeps comming back with intermittend misfire. Other issues are the aircon fan coming on and going off as well as low oil preassure alarm coming on. Could someone explain how to activate a remote on off switch on my 2630 screen with jd dry rate controller. So it worked and I had some faults so a friend deactivated the switch that shuts off the air cart to see if that was causing the problem. Now we have fixed the issues we can not get the switch to run ( it's the one that shuts the cart off when the implement is lifted out of the ground ). 7800 we overhauled at 20,000 hours we did not get pistons from JD due to covid and no parts available. was overhauled due to hard start and low compression. we did a major including reman pump, injectors, cam, basically everything. Its a 1 owner tractor that feeds cows on tmr last 10,000 hrs. We had trouble witht he top of piston #3 after 500hrs. Hi all. I’m having problems on a ss1 1910 aircart. I can’t get my monitor to register that the back tank is running while seeding. I’ve swapped sensors and had no luck. I’ve swapped middle and back clutch and meter plugs and it will display rear tank on monitor and middle tank with no issues. Rear used to show up intermittently but now nothing. I have a bourgault 6455 I have just purchased, it has a john deere dry rate controller and 2630 screen . It displays the fan speed perfectly steady until you move the machine then it drops to zero. I'm having shaft speed problems and this fan problem as soon as I try to seed .would the fan speed readout dropping disengage the drive clutch? Hi, I have question about hydraulic on my jd 855 1987. I want to remove the flow divider and scv and replace them with aftermarket one. The problem, it's bolter on transmission. I have the idea to tap npt thread or make an adaptor to bolt on the rockshaft. 1 hole is the return and the other i think it's like a power beyond to send pressure to the rockshaft piston.
