I just acquired a 335 and one odd thing I discovered is that when you hit the reverse pedal, the pto shuts off. Was told this is a safety feature. I have never known this before but I am certainly looking for a way to change this feature as I mow in reverse sometimes. Any advice appreciated ..read more

I have an X350, and the deck is locked in the down position. The deck pedal is frozen and won't move. I am at the age where I have difficulty working on a mower, and just wondered if anyone had an answer for this problem. The mower has less than 400 hours, and has caused me more problems than my old LX172 with 2200 hours. Thanks in advance ..read more

Hi-This is my 1st post. I live in NH. While cutting the grass my tractor just stopped moving. I tried forward and reverse. The engine stays rnning strong but won't move. I looked to see if a belt slipped or broke but didn't see anything. It is hard to describe but when I push on the drive pedal it seems to make a whirring noise like it is trying to move. Where should I look or what should I look at to see a problem? thanks ..read more

Just bought a 1600 Turbo II WAM. It starts and runs great. When you step on F or R extremely lightly at idle, it will move at about 2 feet per minute forward or reverse. Try and give it a little more juice?.....shuts off. Must try twice to restart.....first try feels like no fuel. Second fires right up. Then same deal. Try to move....? dies on any foot pressure. Wrench fault code is 1 flash then 4 if that helps. any ideas? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ..read more

Hello, Picked up a 1999(?) 345 with 1535 Hrs. for $2000 from a JD rep. He had no manual so, is this a standard, GX, GT or other ? Now, my brother in law says, I need to replace the oil pump and gears before they fail ? Seller claimed the engine was never apart and also, never serviced the transaxle so, I did order fluid and both filters. Any other suggestions ? Thanks for any input ..read more
