I have a JD 425, model #m00425a013503 with a Kawasaki engine fd620d0093606, That suddenly dies and doesn't restart until it sits awhile i assume it needs to cool down. it will do this with variable run times between stops. While hiking some remote bush in northern British Columbia I came across this old homestead. It was likely farmed originally in the earlier 1900’s as hay for the horse logging operations. Later on somebody built a good log barn and a log house. There are no roads and the only other access is riverboat and the place is a few hundred yards off the river. Got an an onan p218g in a johndeere 318 it blows the 20 amp fuse as soon as I turn the key on. One Stator wire is burnt but tests out, when the wires are unplugged from the tractor harness it will crank over. As soon as I plug them back in it blows the fuse. I am so confused right now. I went to the Brooklyn Swap meet yesterday and saw a Blue Patio tractor for sale. It was mostly there but only fair condition. I didn't take a pic(I claim old timer's) but I talked to the owner.
