Hi all, I initially came across a thread asking about black spot remover, but cant find it now. Anyway, there is a company called Universeal sealants. They do a product called No more Black spot, and a product called Black spot preventer. I haven't used these two products yet, but I have used many if there other products, patio clean 60, brick paver sealers, numerous patio sealers and stone sealers and no more algae. There products are top notch and do what they say. Also very helpful if you... Read more ..read more

Hi all, I am just starting up a facia, gutter and jet washing service. I have work coming in on the facia and gutter side of things (I have a 30 year window cleaning veteran who is giving me all his work as he is starting to slow down and wanting less work) which is leading me to doing drive/patio cleaning etc. I have another business what is my main income but I will be starting off doing these jobs on the side as I have a lot of free time to spare when I finish my main job. (Which is a... Read more ..read more

Morning all. Some time ago I inherited my Sons Wilks 750i pressure washer when he purchased a replacement Clarkes washer. This has given reasonably good service for what I need but, when I came to use it yesterday to clean our driveway, I noticed the outlet pressure tended to be a little low. I can only assume the pump is now in need of service or replacement? I had a look online last night and discovered Union Mart, who supplied the machine, have now gone in liquidation. I just... Hi, I am new to pressure washing, the main reason I started out is to reduce time when I am cleaning fascias and soffits. I recently purchased a Rocwood petrol pressure washer. Is it possible to convert the M14 female coupling to a 3/8 female quick release? Below you can find the link to the hose: M22 Female - M14 Female Coupling Pressure Washer Hose Comes with the M22 female screw thread coupling on to the machine end and a M14 female screw thread for the trigger gun. Also features a heavy duty cover sleeving to protect against being dragged along the floor, etc. The hose is the HIGHEST QU ..read more

I’m sure the answer is on Google somewhere but the big quick-connect on my Jetmac machine has played up the last couple of uses. It goes on eventually but for some reason doesn’t always want to snap on. Oring looks fine. All clean and ‘springy’ but seems like I have to force it on. Worried that bext time it won’t go and I’ll be stuck. Anyhow it highlights another item where I’m not carrying a spare. It’s the inlet connector that joins the hose from the buffer tank to the inlet of the... Read more ..read more
