The 2023 Madrid Championship and the Northern California Classic went off this weekend, with some familiar names on top of the podium  Karin Freyova and Lazar Dukic won in Madrid, while Sean Sweeney and Brittany Weiss won in NorCal.  Each of them took home a pretty substantial prize purse.  Both Dukic and Freyova won more in Madrid than they did in the CrossFit Games, which is impressive considering both athletes finished in the top 15 at the CrossFit Games.  Weiss earned as much at NorCal as she did as part of the Fittest Team on Earth, CrossFit Invictus.  Sean Sweene ..read more
