Pratana and Mike met in Hong Kong nine years ago at the U.S. Marine Corps Birthday Ball! She was a Thai diplomat, and he was the Army Liaison Officer working in the U.S. Consulate. One of Mike’s colleagues invited Pratana to the event, where she was seated at Mike’s table—and the rest is history! When the pandemic hit, Pratana resided in Bangkok and Mike in Mongolia.
