I have an 04 GSXR 600 and found the coolant leaking last year. I refilled it with SuperTech 50/50 from Walmart and topped it up regularly. I also found a small piece of triangular foam floating in the radiator so decided to replace all the hoses as the hoses probably haven't ever been replaced. A few questions: 1. Just bought an 01. I have no indicators on left side of dash(turn signal indicator, low gas, high beam, neutral indicator, etc). Everything else works flawlessly. The kick stand sensor has been deleted and wires are tied together. Two other sensor appears to be cut and I can't figure out what they are. One is tied together. One just cut. I recently flushed all coolant out and changed thermostat on my 08 GSXR-600. Going through the process of getting air out the system etc. the strange part is that the bike is sitting at around 220-230 range. From time to time the bike will go down to about 210. Shortly after The coolant in the res. Goes up immediately after the bike turns off. The hose that goes to the rad. Under the thermostat cap is not getting hot but the bike isn’t over heating. Hi, Trying to replace the injectors on my K7 1000. To remove the fuel rail there are 4 Phillips screws. I was only able to loosen 1 screw. The others are very tight and are made of creme cheese. I posted before on this issue and figured it was easier to make a new post with all the info rather than several updates to try and read through. My son races a 600 micro sprint that we run a gsxr600 engine on. Bought an engine off of a bike and had it rebuilt for this racing season. Took it to get Dyno tuned and it had an intermittent miss above 13k RPMs. We are running alcohol instead of gas. You may have seen that I had bought some Chi-Com aftermarket fairings for my k5 1000- that did a stoppie into a tree at a high rate of speed. Funny as it was unintended- I don't ride stoppies. Hello Riders, I stating having this annoying issue not too long ago. I have a 2006 gsxr750 6200miles. What I've been noticing is when the bike is cold and I start to ride off, it will sometimes turn off when I'm shifting from like 1st to 2nd or from 3rd to 4th.
