I've been having issues with the CAN cable that connect my PCV to POD300 screen, I would like to repair it myself rather than buy new cable. I have been looking for part#s for the plug and pins but all that comes back is the actual cable for sale. Anyone happen to have this info on hand or know were to look ..read more

I'm having an issue where when accelerating, the bike will cut power for a second, it kind of just shudders, and the Fi and HESD lights will turn on and off.
Any ideas what it could be? Bike is an 07 CBR600RR with 8k miles.
Thanks in advance for the help ..read more

Ok guys, this is my first post and I'm a new rider so please excuse my lack of knowledge.
I came back from a commute and parked my bike, as I turn off the bike, the light on my dash came on. They were on the bottom right of the speed digit, 1 of the lights read "FI" and another 1 appeared to the right of it that I didn't catch in time because I was running a bit late and needed to run to class. What are the lights and what do they mean?
P.S. I read FI and thought forced induction. I know...

So my CBR has been amazing since the transmission repair, until last night when it decided to do something completely new. Strap in cause this is a weird one. Im 600 miles post rebuild and everything has been perfect, bike runs great rides great shifts great etc. well last night im coming home down the highway, I take off from a redlight and im getting it up to 13k or so each shift so im moving pretty good when at 13k in third gear the rpms drop down to idle out of nowhere and im rolling...

Hello all,
i have a cbr 600rr '04 with the ECU burnt but i found a '05 with the same ECU as mine. The name on it is not exactly the same but the connectors are.
Following the wiring diagrams i found out that are some differences with some pins used in '04 and some other in '05 and also with the '04 having 2 oxygen sensors and '05 only one.
My question is: can the '05 ECU work on the '04? or should i take a '04 ECU?
Also i attach the 2 wiring diagrams in case someone will further need...

Some information.
31000 miles 2007 Cbr600rr
I had to do some motor work that resulted in me using HondaBond sealant on my Stator Case cover to my crankcase.
Now, I don’t believe this sealant is strong enough, or perhaps wasn’t applied properly. Not to mention the sealant is oozing out of the cracks of the case and is it yellowish-red. I also believe there was an oil leak in one of the cracks of the HondaBond. I get this feeling from the little amount of oil that leaked and where the...

hello. I have a 07cbr600rr bike runs great and has only 11000miles. However in AZ I’ll be riding and the bike will climb just over 200 degrees which is ok but if I make a stop the bike will crank fast and strong but will not start until I cycle the ignition switch or kill switch a few times even then I have to rev it a few time to get it running again. Any one have any thoughts ..read more

Hi,
First off this is not for evading the cops or anything like that. Just want to get that out of the way.
This week I will be changing my faring and while they are off I am wanting to install a kill switch to the head light, tail light, and brake light on my 2006 CBR 600rr. I understand I will want to get a waterproof togle switch for 10A @ 12V and that you just splice into the wires.
My main queston is do I need to splice into any battery wires and also want to make sure I'm splicing...
