One question a lot of our new voice students at Rock U ask is “Why does my teacher make me do those silly noises before we start singing?” As much fun as it is to hear students doing lip trills and falsetto yawns, these vocal exercises all serve a VERY important purpose. Here is one of our teachers at Rock U giving you an idea of what your first lesson might look like! Cullen Anderson teaches guitar and banjo and loves playing with other people. It is crazy to think that Rock U has now been open for 2 months! Since opening our doors to students on June 2nd, it has been absolutely amazing to see all of our students make such rapid progress on their own personal and unique paths to success with music.
