Ayleen & Bryce’s custom wedding invitation suite was one of my very favorites I’ve worked on… I’m so in love with the clean lines, the minimal artwork, and all of the layers of texture. The color palette feels so fresh and modern, yet classic and romantic at the same time. The brass brad detail and the custom wax seal elevated the suite and added a bit of visual interest to the understated design. After a looooong year (2020, am I right?) we finally have some fresh new wedding photos to pour over! We just received these beautiful photos taken by Breanne Rochelle Photography of our client, Tia’s recent wedding in Detroit, Michigan. And man, they were worth the wait. This suite was such a dream to work on because we got to play around with multiple printing methods with the addition of the gold foil stamping, die-cut shapes with the Michigan-shaped insert card, watercolor venue illustrations on the map, and a custom wax seal on the silk ribbon binding. Well, ok, yes, sure we do, but this shoot has surely set the bar by featuring this duo of Australian Labradoodles that have quite honestly, stolen the show. Well hello there! It’s been awhile! We’ve been spending the season not only wrapping up some truly amazing projects, but also taking some time to get out and dip our toes in yet another beautiful Northern Michigan summer.
