Hi all, For those in the UK, I recently found out that there is no smallest legal number plate size for bike or car. The size is dependent on the letters and spacing. So if you change a seven letter number plate to a 5 letter plate, you will have a big gap around the edge that you can legally cut down. I have a 2004 vrsca and recently changed out a dead battery . After changing the battery and cranking it , I had the check engine light and red key come on . The codes are P1010 and U1255 . I clear the codes but they come back as soon as I crank the bike. The bike seems to be running fine and all the lights work . Any advice on what to do is greatly appreciated ..read more

Hi all, the battery died on my VRSCF and so I just replaced it. Now I have an issue with my headlight. My tailight works and the Hi beam works but no lo beam. I have tried replacing the headlight with a known good working headlight and have the same problem so I know it's not the headlight. Are the headlight Hi beam and Lo beam on the same circuit?
