The Wheel of Awareness practice was created by Dr. Dan Siegel to increase integration in the brain. In the last 10 days I decided to do this practice as part of a new morning routine I'm testing to see if I can prevent some of the symptoms from seasonal depression, now the days are getting shorter and we're heading into winter here in Montreal. I'm happy to report that the benefits of this guided visualization GREATLY outweigh the costs of having to wake up earlier and sit down for 30 minutes with my mind and body. How do you get stuff done when you’re a multi-passionate? If your career doesn’t fit a neat box and you’ve been wanting to start a side project for years, chances are you’re a multipassionate human. Multipassionates often get a bad rap. We are told we’re “jacks of all trades, masters of none”, or that we’re flakey, or that we can’t focus. The good news is: all of these are optional thoughts that YOU don’t have to buy and believe, if they don’t serve you.
