Hi guys, I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. I've been having this trouble with what I will call "ghost lines" on t-shirts that we are printing. Tried googling an answer, but I don't even know how best to describe this. I am certain that the lines are somehow coming from the imprint of the pallet on the shirt, because the lines follow the edge of the pallet around the design, and I added tape to the bottom of the screen to guarantee that it isn't ink somehow coming through the... Hi, we have been using Accurip Ruby for the past few years, however, after buying a new printer, its not supported and we have had a trial with Emerald. We use FM dot primarily in traditional screenprinting on paper. This is now not supported in the latest Accurip software. We have tested diffusion dither in photoshop but the results aren't as good. Hey Inkslingers I have a variety of wonderful its thrown at me to screen print / brand each week but these things always leave me stumped as they are always made up of something different or are covered in a different coating. The time in question this time is made up with a fake leather like coating made of PU as far as i can decipher from my online investigations.
