The last in this mini series of meditation sessions and the last in this season of The Explored Life: More Than Yoga. In this episode I share another of the Meditation + Mindset sessions that we use to start our week in the Happy Healthy Membership. As before, the first section is where we journal to practice gratitude, kindness and joy. I then share how we can set intentions for our day, week, or larger life goals. Victoria has spent the last 16 years working with those suffering from addiction and now supports women who are affected by a loved ones drug or alcohol use. I was stunned by the statistic that one in ten adults are affected by somebody else's drug and alcohol use.
