As we say goodbye to the month of August it hits us hard that Summer and all its wonderful seasonal harvest will be gone soon. So we are saying goodbye to the warm weather by indulging in the naturally sweet flavors of fresh fruit. This Watermelon Feta Salad is a staple summertime dish which allows for many variations. Last weekend we took a little drive to visit Narberth and visit Royal Café at the corner of Montgomery Avenue and Woodbine Road. Opened in June 2020 the restaurant derives its name from the former Royal Bank building, which was most recently Café Lift.
