I have always wanted to photograph a wedding at the Barn at Silver Oaks Estate in Winthrop, Maine so I was so excited when Katie and Jesse asked me to photograph their September 9th, 2023 wedding there. I’m so excited to share Kayla and Maksim’s wedding that took place at Bonaventura Vineyards on June 19th, 2021. It was my first time photographing a wedding at this beautiful venue. I met Kayla at the Residence Inn by Marriot in Auburn, Maine where she and the other ladies got ready. When I arrived in Kennebunkport, Maine on October 17th, 2020 to photograph Lisa and John’s wedding, it was very rainy, but I was relieved to see that the ceremony site had been set up indoors at the Lodge on the Cove, which is a beautiful wedding venue. I began by photographing the details inside the venue. I met Mary and Stefan last summer when I did their engagement session photos. We had a lot of fun taking pictures around a few of my favorite places in Cape Elizabeth. Danielle and Tyler were married on September 28th, 2019. Each of them got ready separately and decided to wait until their ceremony to see each other. Their wedding ceremony took place at the Samuel Wilde Memorial Chapel at Evergreen Cemetery in Portland, Maine. The stone Gothic chapel has interior woodwork of cypress and stained glass windows, which provided a lovely unique location for the couple to exchange their wedding vows.
