I was having many issues with the game, mostly visual, so I decided to delete the game and download it again to refresh it. I did all that, and now I am having trouble logging in. I entered my password and email, and now it’s stuck on the same screen. It says, “Source Account Missing! The merge process is unable to continue without a valid source account.” And I can’t cancel or retry. So I tried registering a new account to see if it changes anything… and wherever I try, the website freezes and closes. What should I do? Can anyone please help me? Hearthstone app continuously crashes when I play Battlegrounds. This usually happens during the battle phase, but will also happen at times in the middle of the tavern phase. I have attempted reinstalling the app multiple times, but this issue has not fixed. My laptop should be able to handle this game it this is likely some kind of programming issue or driver issue. Playing iMac Ventura. After completing a game the reward screen comes up and then it changes your rank. Normally you can click through it quickly to advance the animations faster. But almost consistantly if you click too quickly or too soon before it changes your rank the game will crash. This happens failry consistantly about 80% of the time I can repeat the crash. Hearthstone keeps crashing on my iPad. I always make sure it’s updated, I even bought a new iPad with the big amount of storage thinking that was the problem but it still happens. Whenever I open my collection the game crashes, it will crash during ranked play, crashes when playing battlegrounds, crashes when upgrading my mercenaries, crashes when building a mercenary team, crashes when building a deck, crashes when changing my hero portrait, crashes when changing my card back, and crashes when changing my coin skin.
