Hello. I have a yong heng high pressure air compressor that I use for filling my HPA air tanks that I use on my paintball guns that I got on Amazon. Yesterday was the first time I ran this thing. Here’s my issue : 
I have a few 90 ci (cubic inch) 4500 psi HPA air tanks and a few 80 ci 4500 psi HPA air tanks. Yesterday I filled 2 of my 90 ci 4500 psi tanks and 1 of my 80 ci 4500 psi tanks. When I ran the compressor it filled all 3 of my 4500 psi tanks to 4500 initially but as they cooled down they all went down about 500 psi each so each one had 4000 psi. Really hoping someone can help with this, I bought an HPDMC screw compressor and their matching refrigerated dryer about a year and a half ago (A $5k investment).  I was setting up a whole new fabrication facility from scratch (CNC machines etc)  As such, it barely got used for the first year.  It stopped working with only 80 hours of use time (the controller logs the run time) The manufacturer says the first oil change should be done at 500 hours, but the oil was brown in the sight glass.  So they told me to change the oil and made like that was my fault.  New oil ..read more

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and I'm hoping you can help me. I recently purchased a used speedaire 1wd78 compressor that needs work. The overall condition is good but, I was told that the head gasket is bad, and oil is getting into the tank. I am in the process of removing the compressor including the inner and after coolers from the skid without removing the motor. My concern is the compressor section needs to move axially away from the motor to disengage the coupling between the motor and compressor section but in doing so the compressor section makes contact with the anti-vibration pads which is bolted to the skid itself. I can remove all bolting except one on the inside corner on the inner most two pads.
